Description
As an educator in Greensboro Bend, you will support children and adolescents in becoming strong individuals. You will take your kindergarten group to the forest playground to promote physical agility and coordination. You will also play memory games with them to improve their concentration.

When you lead a group song, you create a great atmosphere and expand the children's vocabulary at the same time.

Teaching children how to handle their emotions is also an important aspect of your role. You will praise, comfort, and mediate conflicts over a sandbox shovel. For teenagers, you will provide tips on how to solve school or personal problems with parents or friends.


As an educator, you are one of the most important role models for children and adolescents, shaping their personalities and promoting their personal development according to their age.

In collaboration with parents and team colleagues, you will create individual development plans and implement them independently through pedagogical measures.

You will apply your knowledge directly in practice from the beginning.

Under supervision, you will care for children and adolescents in kindergartens, after-school programs, or youth homes for several weeks during the first two years of training, and complete a several-month internship in the third year.

This will not only deepen your acquired knowledge, but also give you insight into potential work fields and valuable contacts for your career start.
