You provide competent, comprehensive and individual advice to customers on all products related to internet, landline and mobile services
You handle complaints and provide solutions
You conduct sales conversations about individual products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
You process customer orders and handle data maintenance
You participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns
