For our client, who is responsible for the construction and operation of safety systems and modern emergency call centers, we are looking for an Office Allrounder in
Petrolia, TX to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Support the team in daytoday operations
- Data entry, including setting up new customers in the system
- Scanning invoices and other documents
- Sorting and retrieving documents
- Creating and tracking invoices
- Scheduling appointments
- Receiving and forwarding customer inquiries via email and phone
- General administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies
Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Previous experience in office assistance
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably in an ERP system
- Independent and selfmotivated work style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
