Your tasks:


As a working student in organizational HR and IT (m/f/d), you will be part of the team for HR organization and HR projects and support in the implementation of operational project and organizational topics.

You will be involved in the creation of process descriptions, such as workflows for the time tracking system and SAP SuccessFactors, as well as administrative HR processes.

You will create presentation materials on various topics for all target groups at BAUHAUS.
You will support in the administration and maintenance of our HR and IT systems.
In carrying out your tasks, you will contribute your knowledge and ideas as a full-fledged team member.

University degree in business administration,
