Months ago, I used to practice functional training, but due to work (I had a peak of trips and stress), I lost the habit and muscle mass :(
I joined the BeOne gym in Eiroas, as it is the only one with classes in the early morning. For the past month, I have been going to cycling classes twice a week. I also try to walk more and do some yoga at home.
I need someone to guide me on which exercises I should do to gain overall muscle mass.
I also want to lose weight, but the most important thing is to feel strong and energized
