Every day there is something to do
:

- administrative and executive purchasing activities
- monitoring order confirmations and delivery dates
- support in evaluations and statistics
- verification and approval of incoming invoices and credits
- maintenance of supplier information including master data maintenance in the ERP system


You are applying to us because you possess these requirements
:

- completed commercial training
- experience in purchasing / merchandise management
- experience in the healthcare sector with a focus on care provision is advantageous, but not mandatory
- process-oriented thinking and acting
- communicative and team-oriented
- proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- good ERP knowledge (ACRIBA) is advantageous
- independent and responsible work ethic
- flexibility is not a foreign concept to you
