- Successful experience planning and implementing instructional initiatives

- Master's degree in Educational Leadership from an accredited institution
- Post Graduate Professional license with administration and supervision endorsement required
- Hold or immediately be eligible for a Virginia license with an endorsement in Administration and Supervision: PreK-12
- Experience in implementing educational programs
- Three years full time teaching experience and five years of assistant principal and/or principal experience preferred
- For elementary positions - Experience at the elementary level
- For secondary positions - Experience at the secondary level

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide leadership for the instructional program as well coordinate the administrative oversight and planning of all phases of instructional leadership for the school, to include programming, administration, budgetary planning, and discipline of students.
