For our partner, a cooperative in the service industry, we are currently seeking the following position in Ridge Manor, FL:

Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
Independent handling of personnel inquiries
Formulating and posting job advertisements
Proactively selecting channels for posting ads and commissioning personnel consulting and services
Conducting telephone or in-person applicant interviews independently
Optimizing existing recruiting strategies
Preparing contracts
Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
Creating company policies
Advising and supporting managers in implementing disciplinary measures and addressing labor law issues
Responsible for company health management
Independent processing of payroll in cooperation with the Head of Finance and Personnel Accounting
Maintaining and managing digital personnel files
Managing personal projects
Participating in cross-departmental projects

Your profile:
Degree in law, human resources, business, or a commercial education with specialized training
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of labor law and practical application
Independent and reliable work ethic
Open and empathetic demeanor
Fluent in German (at least negotiation level)
