Misericordia University is seeking a competent (Junior) IT System Administrator (m/w/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the IT infrastructure

Planning, controlling, and implementing changes to the supported IT systems

Client management (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers)

Creating database queries using SQL or ABL (OpenEdge database)

Programming and script creation (e.g. batch & Powershell)

Providing telephone and in-person application support (1st and 2nd level) for hardware and software questions in all areas of the IT environment and the prohibis ERP system

Taking on and implementing independent project tasks

Documenting the IT environment

Training and supporting employees

Consulting and procuring hardware and software components
