The Trier-Saarburg district administration is currently seeking a:
School Caretaker (m/f/d) for the Geschwister-Scholl-Schule/Vocational School in Saarburg, Leeton, MO

This is a full-time, permanent position with an average weekly working time of 46.00 hours.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out repair, maintenance and servicing work
Maintaining the outdoor facilities and performing winter services
Monitoring cleaning activities
Supervising the central heating system and associated building control technology
Maintaining and servicing electronic and technical systems

Requirements:

Completed vocational training in a trade for at least three years
Manual dexterity and physical resilience
Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
High level of responsibility, reliability and independence
Valid driver's license class BE
MS Office skills
Willingness to temporarily work at other school locations within the Trier-Saarburg district
Knowledge of building and electrical technology is desirable
