The University of Police and Public Administration NRW (HSPV NRW) is looking for a government employee (m/f/d) to join our team at the study location in Duisburg, NRW, starting immediately.


The position is for 50% of full-time and is limited to the duration of the research project, with a maximum of two years according to the Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act (TzBfG).


The goal of the project, funded by the State Plan for Aging and Care of the Ministry of Health, Equalities, Care and Ageing of North Rhine-Westphalia, is to develop a practical and innovative e-learning module for police work with people with dementia.

The module aims to align police work in this area with the development of European and international human rights protection.


YOUR TASKS

  • Conceptual development of the elearning module and determination of the visual design
  • Scriptwriting based on the requirements analysis
  • Preparation of learning content according to didactic and media pedagogical principles
  • Design of test procedures to identify errors and weaknesses in the learning application and subsequent error correction and optimization
  • Consultation and training of teachers and learners on the use of the learning application
  • Creation/programming and optimization of teaching and learning materials, including the necessary program structures, graphics, animations, texts, and other required materials, including digital editing of graphic, audio, and video elements
