Description

We are seeking a full time Dental Recruiter to support our AAFES (Army & Airforce Exchange Services) Division here at DOCS Health.

Our team prides itself on its ability to find the right talent to support our Dental Offices.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on recruiting processes and strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field, preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a dental or healthcare environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
They should be knowledgeable about applicable labor laws and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time as needed.
