LDB supports car dealerships in modernizing their traditional processes to elevate their customer communication to a new level. With LDB Group's digital solutions, car dealerships can manage their entire customer communication through practical, holistic, and structured tools.


In our search for modernly equipped facilities with a contemporary technical infrastructure, we found a suitable location in Pforzheim, at the intersection of Baden and Württemberg.

Where technical solutions for motorhomes were once developed, now more than 60 employees work at modern telecommunications workstations.


To support our colleagues at the Customer Communication Center in Pforzheim, we are looking for motivated customer service representatives (m/f/d).


What we offer you:


Location:

The training and regular workshops (approximately 1-3 per month) take place at our modern location in Pforzheim (duration of training approximately 2 weeks).

Individual working time models (full-time, part-time) and a flextime account.


Predictable working hours:
Monday - Saturday between 7:00 am - 8:00 pm.
