Creative Project Manager

What the day will look like

  • Manage creative projects and design resource utilization through project management tool, with a regional focus
  • Manage all projects and timelines; provide regular updates to stakeholders; work closely with designers to ensure they have the information and resources needed to successfully complete work
  • Juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, adapting actions to shifting priorities
  • Meet with internal clients to establish specific requirements of creative projects, as needed
  • Assist with project intake and validation of creative requests; support internal clients with development of creative briefs (request form entry), as needed; review briefs for missing items
  • Allocate projects to appropriate design team resource, assign and execute task workflows, and ensure task and project statuses are uptodate for accurate reporting
  • Provide general oversight and QA/QC on project deliverables, to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience with creative deliverables, process, tools and technologies
  • Eagerness to understand brand and act as a steward for creative process
  • Organized, efficient and deadlinefocused; understands the fluid nature of creative work, with fast turnarounds and evolving priorities
  • Proactive and energetic working attitude, positive approach to all communications and collaboration
  • Strong communication skills

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 - $90,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.


The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, Illinois The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
