Description

We are looking for a Junior IT Supporter (m/f/d) to join our IT team at our location in Frankfurt am Main, full-time, as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

You will support our employees with enthusiasm, commitment, and a problem-solving attitude in their daily IT tasks and issues.
You will provide assistance with questions regarding the Windows 11 and Office 365 IT workplace.
You will help users safely handle IT equipment such as iPhones, iPads, MS Teams telephony, Cisco video conferencing, etc.
You will work with your colleagues to organize your daily tasks and ensure quick problem-solving at the location.
Together with other IT colleagues, you will work diligently to find sustainable solutions to issues and maintain communication with the users.
You will collaborate closely with your IT colleagues, test and pilot new IT solutions, and ensure the best possible support for users at the location.
You will manage and coordinate service providers to ensure effective collaboration.

You will be part of an open and motivated "enabler" team that works together in a highly specialized environment to achieve excellence and innovation.

Your profile

You have completed training in the IT field or have a degree in computer science.
You possess excellent communication skills, social competence, and enjoy working in a
