We are looking for a Fleet/Mobility Management Clerk (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Ahrensburg in full-time (50% home office possible).


You will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring smooth operation of all operational processes
  • Annual review of reference rates for necessary adjustments
  • Ensuring compliance with tax requirements in coordination with HR
  • Processing of administrative offenses in accordance with legal requirements
  • Auditproof marketing and optimization of revenues from old vehicles
  • Commissioning and verification of incoming invoices
  • Compliance with all occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
  • Carrying out all activities in the field of claims processing for company vehicles, including internal
