What to expect


As an intern at Hilldale Colony, you will actively participate in the strategic and operational implementation of our holistic organizational development for a period of 4 to 6 months.

This includes organizational design, culture, wellbeing, leadership, and new work.


You will play an active role in our internal transformation through change management, contributing to the successful integration of initiatives within our organization.


You will support us in the conception of new measures by identifying and analyzing specific organizational needs and translating them into sustainable initiatives.


You will also actively participate in the conception and implementation of workshops and formats for employee participation, networking, and team development.


In addition, you will be in close communication with various departments (such as internal communication, talent development, learning, diversity & inclusion) to ensure the successful implementation of our measures.

What you bring


Enrolled in fields such as organizational development, human resource management, psychology, business/social sciences, or similar, with ideally some practical experience through internships or working student positions in the HR field.

A strong desire to shape and promote a unique and cohesive culture within our company.


Proficiency in common MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint) and in data collection and analysis, as well as a strong affinity for digital solutions and targeted communication.


Ability to work independently and find solutions, with a high level of resilience and a confident demeanor when interacting with others.
