Description

The Schwarz Campus Service department provides services related to the construction and management of real estate, including its equipment, rental, and operation.

It is also responsible for organizing and hosting events, including providing event spaces and marketing them.

As a Royal House Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for our properties at Schwarz Campus Service, including the Heilbronn Education Campus / Experimenta.

House Technician for Facility Management (m/f/d)

Real estate // Location: Heilbronn // Work model: Full-time Your tasks Coordination of external service providers in the area of infrastructure facility management Comprehensive care of technical systems (first-level support)

General caretaker tasks Support in event management (planning of service providers via software tool, accompanying service providers e.g. furnishing of various event and conference rooms, ensuring the proper condition of all furniture in the event area) Your profile Successfully completed vocational training Ideally several years of experience in facility management / house technology or further training in the mentioned areas Independent, careful and responsible way of working Communicative, reliable and flexible as well as a real team player Willingness to work weekends every 6-8 weeks Secure use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as an affinity for working with different systems Negotiable German language skills are a requirement, English language skills are desirable Our offer Location:
