Description
We have purchased a house in Philomath, OR and some of the baseboard tiles are loose. Additionally, three windows facing the pool area have a small moisture problem. We would like to run internet cable from the central box to all the rooms, including the dining room and kitchen, and install outlets in the existing boxes. We also want to install a strip of RGB LED lights around the ceiling of the dining room and fix any settling cracks throughout the house.
