"EMPLOYEE FOR THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES/RECRUITING WANTED (M/F/D) As an established personnel agency, we are looking for motivated and dedicated employees for the field of human resources/recruiting (m/f/d) on behalf of our client, a well-known health insurance company. This position offers a long-term assignment with the possibility of permanent employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus: Working with SAP e
Recruiting (with a perspective of transitioning to SAP SuccessFactors in the middle of the year) and MS Office products (Outlook and Excel)
Administrative support for the personnel recruiters, including preparing and publishing internal and external job postings
Managing all communication in the recruiting process (acknowledging receipt of applications, providing updates, scheduling appointments, sending invitations and rejections to applicants)
Evaluating internal and external applications and reviewing applicant documents.
