The Cardiac Telemetry North Unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital's Heart and Vascular Institute is in search of a full-time experienced nurse to join their team. This unit focuses on core values like teamwork, patient advocacy, and service excellence.
Patients on this unit require advanced care for conditions including Chronic and Advanced Heart Failure, Acute heart failure exacerbation, Pre- and post-heart and lung transplant, and more.
Key features of the unit include entirely private patient care rooms, competitive nursing ratios, a strong focus on unit-based education, and a zero-tolerance policy for negativity among team members.
