Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse to join the Adult Observation Unit This is a Full-Time, Days hour shifts) role.
The _*Adult Observation Unit (OBS)*_ at Fairfax Hospital is comprised of 24 beds with rapid patient turnover of 10-18 admissions and discharges per shift.
This position allows for future professional growth by teaching the fast-paced atmosphere of an ER while strengthening critical skills in a medical/surgical setting.
Ideal for candidates who possess strong time management skills, work well in a team -paced settings._*Sign-On/Relocation Bonus Information:
