  • Join our team as a
    service employee (m/f/d) at Berta Restaurant by Chef Assaf Granit.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and accompanying customers during their visit to the hotel's restaurant areas
  • Presenting the food and beverage menu to customers
  • Providing advice and recommendations to customers
  • Preparing and processing orders, both manually and electronically
  • Announcing and delivering orders to customers
  • Presenting and serving wine and drinks
  • Setting up tables, serving customers, and clearing tables according to company standards
  • Creating bills and verifying cash transactions
  • Promoting the company's business policies
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant and equipment on a daily basis

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar position preferred
  • Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and presentable appearance
