Description
This is a person who is a repeat offender, a lawyer who uses his profession to scam people. I have been one of those people, but unlike most, I have not given up. I have gathered evidence, sought out a lawyer, and filed a complaint against him for fraud (he scammed me out of 8000 euros). This person was also a friend of mine and used our trusting relationship to deceive me. That is why I know where he lives, so there would be no problem in locating him.He has been summoned to testify through my complaint, but he always avoids the action of justice by claiming to have different addresses and not picking up notifications, etc... Therefore, he has an evasive tactic that has been working for him so far.
My lawyer, tired of this situation that has been going on for years, is requesting that the judge determine his search and capture. This has finally been done, but we know that the police will not go to his house to look for him. That is why I want to hire a detective to simply locate him in the area where he lives and take advantage of any time he leaves his house to report him to the police and finally have him forcefully brought to court to testify, so that my complaint can move forward.
