Do you enjoy translating technical information from German to English and vice versa? Do you have a knack for working with both hands-on colleagues and demanding customers? Then join the MOLL GROUP team.


What to expect:

  • In our service department, you will be the central point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests, as well as for receiving and forwarding orders.
  • You ensure smooth communication between the service department and all other relevant departments, ensuring that all customer requests are 100% fulfilled.
  • Not only do you excel as a consultant and organizer, but you also establish and maintain longterm and trusting relationships with customers based on excellent service quality.
  • Additionally, you always keep an eye on business success factors in your work.

What we expect:

  • You have completed a commercial or technical education in the automotive industry.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience with highend automobiles or luxury products.
  • You possess a high level of discipline and selfinitiative.
  • You have strong computer skills.
  • You maintain a friendly demeanor and excellent manners when interacting with our demanding customers.
  • You have a clear customer focus and exceptional communication skills.
