We are currently seeking a trainee for our law firm starting in summer 2024 to become a patent attorney assistant (m/f/d).

As a patent attorney assistant, you will work closely with the patent attorney and be familiar with important legal regulations.

Your tasks will include handling mail, correspondence, and ensuring deadlines are met with clients, courts, and authorities. Overall, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized office.


To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You should also possess qualities such as punctuality, diligence, and attention to detail. Working well in a team and enjoying a diverse and responsible job are also important. This apprenticeship is also a great opportunity for recently qualified legal assistants to further develop their skills and knowledge. In some cases, the duration of the apprenticeship can be shortened.


We offer an interesting and diverse apprenticeship with above-average pay: * 1st year: 925 euros * 2nd year: 1,050 euros * 3rd year: 1,150 euros, as well as various additional benefits.

In addition to attending vocational school, you will receive regular practical training and opportunities for further education within the firm.

You will be trained in a pleasant working environment and have the opportunity to develop professionally in a future-oriented law firm with a team of over 140 people.
