We are looking for motivated young professionals (m/f/d) for our locations in Bremerhaven and Hamburg, and we offer a dual study program (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics with a focus on HR systems (m/f/d) starting on August 1st, 2024.


What you will learn with us:

In your dual study program, you will become a specialist (m/f/d) in the software used in our core processes in the HR department.

You will also gain in-depth knowledge of our personnel management and time management systems, as well as our applicant and talent tool.


Your tasks in this environment will include:

  • You will be responsible for requirements management by developing specifications for IT implementation.
  • You will also analyze processes and model workflows from a technical perspective.
  • As a liaison between IT and the HR department, you will acquire both business knowledge and indepth system knowledge.
  • You will experience working in project teams and support project management tasks.
  • Additionally, you will be the point of contact for user and application support and can independently prepare and conduct user training.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have (or will soon have) a high school diploma or other university entrance qualification.
  • You have a strong interest in technical and business topics and are eager to learn.
  • You have strong analytical and processoriented thinking skills and can quickly grasp complex concepts.
  • You are organized and have excellent communication skills.
