Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) for direct placement.

Your responsibilities include:

Ensuring high quality care and quality of life in compliance with legal requirements
Organizing nursing and psychosocial care for residents
Staff deployment planning, organization and development
Optimizing internal processes and cooperation with all interfaces of a nursing facility
Actively promoting quality management
Promoting a pleasant working atmosphere
Being the first point of contact for residents, family members and employees

What you bring:

Completed training in elderly or nursing care
Further training as a nursing service manager or degree in nursing
Experience in a leadership position is desirable
High level of empathy
Willingness to work, communication skills, assertiveness and organizational skills
Proficient in common computer applications
