We are looking to monitor an employee who has requested a reduction in working hours for childcare reasons (child over 12 years old), when we suspect that she is using the reduced hours (fixed in the morning) for personal matters (gym, etc). We also need to verify the amount of time she actually has custody of her daughter in relation to her ex-husband.
