We are currently seeking a
pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for our daycare center "Himmelsblau" in Dresden-Pieschen, starting as soon as possible.

The position is 32 hours per week and is permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Working in a mixedage kindergarten group with 3 integration children and two other colleagues
  • Creating development reports and support plans according to ICF-CY

Requirements:


  • Degree as an educator with additional training in special education, social pedagogy or special education
  • Extensive professional experience in supporting integration children
  • Musical talent and enjoyment in expressing it with children
  • Willingness to actively participate in the open concept work in our facility
  • Knowledge of communication techniques
  • Independent, careful and responsible work (planning and acting)
  • Enjoyment in working in a small and large team
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
