For our client, we are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the role of Supporter Workplace Services (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Toolbased processing of service requests and incidents for the provision and troubleshooting of IT services (hardware and software) in 1.5/2nd level support, in direct contact with the user while adhering to the specified SLAs
Clarification of order contents and deadlines in direct communication with the user according to specifications
Assignment of rights and policies for users and groups, as well as software usage (Active Directory, software distribution, patch management, antivirus, etc.) according to specifications
Maintenance of portal content and CMDB content

REQUIREMENTS

Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience
Experience in similar tasks
ITIL basic knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification) as well as ISMS and QM basic knowledge
Good knowledge of stationary and mobile workplace systems (
