The Thermomess Heat Measurement Service AG is a medium-sized company in the sector of consumption-based energy, water and ancillary cost billing. Our company offers individual, customized solutions for the housing industry, operates nationwide as well as in some EU countries and maintains several branches. In parallel, we distribute, rent, install and maintain high-quality consumption recording devices from well-known manufacturers, as well as our own products, and advise our customers on the selection of suitable measuring equipment from an economic perspective.

For Leipzig, we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our team immediately.

You preferably have completed training as a plumber or heating engineer, have manual skills, a friendly demeanor and enjoy working with people.
You are familiar with customer-oriented work and are willing to work overtime during peak times.

Your tasks:

Installation and dismantling of consumption recording devices for heating and water
Installation and maintenance of smoke detectors according to DIN
Reading of consumption recording devices and documentation using our in-house smartphone app
