the daycare network of Caritas Center Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, consisting of six daycare facilities in the city of Geretsried.

Our daily work is characterized by heart and professionalism, and is also known for its innovative and creative ideas.

Together with and for our future society, we care for and accompany around 450 children - with and without special needs - in our daycares from the age of one until the end of their primary school years.

Each of our facilities works according to an individual house concept, which is based on the jointly developed framework concept of the daycare network.

We are dedicated and highly motivated daycare teams, and we value a collegial, respectful, and supportive working environment. Our own and the individuality and diversity of the children entrusted to us are particularly important to us.


You will be responsible for
:

- the professional supervision of the daycare network
- supporting and advising the six directors of the daycare facilities in terms of expertise, content, and pedagogy
