Industrial mechanics are responsible for ensuring that everything fits together and that one wheel turns smoothly with the other. In addition to manufacturing, industrial mechanics also set up equipment and production systems. They monitor and optimize production processes and handle repair and maintenance tasks.

At Schoeller Werk, industrial mechanics work in our workshops using modern manual and CNC-controlled machines to produce components for our systems and ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.

They may also be assigned to work in our production department.
