  • Our client is a manufacturing company based in Ludwigshafen, which produces thermal and acoustic insulation for various industries and has locations worldwide. To implement the new HR strategy, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated input provider (m/f/d) with experienced knowledge in personnel work and the establishment of a functioning HR team as soon as possible.

Your tasks:


  • Management of the HR team and strategic development, you take responsibility for the leadership and further development of the HR team and work together to shape the HR strategy
  • Employer branding and digital presence, you are significantly involved in shaping the employer brand
  • You develop effective employer branding measures to achieve both internal and external effects
  • The focus is on a strong digital presence on social media with the aim of attracting qualified candidates
  • You introduce and successfully establish a talent acquisition process
  • This includes activities such as university marketing, apprentice days, and open house events
  • You advise executives and employees on personnelrelated questions, both domestically and internationally
  • You also manage the entire HR process from recruitment to employee exit
  • Compliance and further development of HR policies and programs
