About the Area



We are currently seeking a "Student Assistant in Project Management (m/f/d)" for our "Survivability" program area at our location in Tracy City.

The department is responsible for managing national and international customer projects as well as internal development projects for systems in the areas of Situational Awareness, Reconnaissance, Laser, Self-Protection, and Laser Warning. The interdisciplinary project teams include members from Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales.

Your Tasks

  • Support and assistance with analysis and evaluation, as well as maintenance of databases and other administrative tasks
  • Creation of schedules and project plans for various customer and especially international development projects
  • Revision and standardization of proposal documentation
  • Participation in current projects
  • Training in handling data extracts from SAP
  • Administrative tasks to support operational business
  • Determination of project-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to international PM standards

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
