Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an office clerk for our office in Frankfurt am Main.

If you enjoy working independently in a small team with flat hierarchies, a hands-on mentality, and a quick grasp, we would be happy to welcome you to our team.


Main tasks:

  • Support in all administrative and organizational matters
  • Order processing
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Creating and sending order confirmations, delivery notes, labels, invoices, and credit notes
  • Telephone and written communication with existing customers and prospects
  • Preparing documents for the tax advisor and managing debtors, including collection procedures and credit monitoring

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training (office clerk, office communication clerk, or equivalent qualifications)
  • Customeroriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Computer skills, including MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English

Working hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: start at 8:00 am, end at 5:00 pm (30minute lunch break)
  • Friday: start at 8:30 am, end at 3:00 pm (30minute lunch break)
