Introduce yourself and use your training as a surveying technician to join the city of Düsseldorf.

Your first day of training:
August 1, 2024

Düsseldorf is counting on you - and you are building the Düsseldorf of tomorrow. In the midst of a growing metropolis, you will create innovative buildings, efficient facilities, safe roads, and impressive bridges. In the "Structures" department, we combine technical expertise, creative thinking, and sustainable action. As a surveying technician, you play a key role in this vision.


The tasks of surveying technicians are diverse: they are used when properties need to be divided / parcels need to be divided, buildings need to be measured, or the cadastral map needs to be updated.

The (mostly) field data collected and subsequently cleaned up serve as the basis for many information systems, with which citizens, builders, architects, or other customers can perform specialized tasks.

In the service center, you are a competent contact person, and in the surveying field, you will also independently carry out surveys and create maps and plans or survey sketches at the end of your training.
