Here's what our client is looking for:

  • Assisting the sales team with acquiring and retaining customers
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and potentially in person
  • Creating and following up on offers
  • Maintaining and managing customer data in the CRM system
  • Assisting with creating sales reports and analyses
  • Collaborating with the field sales team to coordinate sales activities

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Previous experience in sales support is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Fluent in English communication
