We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Lichtenfels (BY).

Your responsibilities:

  • Support and advise specific customers, sales partners, and subsidiaries in all matters
  • Processing and documenting inquiries, quotes, orders, and complaints
  • Independent price calculations and review of purchase contracts
  • Active management of all customer-specific activities within our organization
  • Recording and maintaining master data
  • Creating evaluations and statistics
  • Tracking customer projects

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in direct customer service
  • Negotiation skills, even with challenging sales topics
