Our client is a privately owned real estate developer and investor with a long-term investment horizon. The team has been working together for many years, creating a great, trusting work environment and boasting a high employee retention rate. Our client's core business is the development and long-term investment in office and logistics properties in Germany.

Due to positive business development, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Commercial Real Estate for the Stuttgart location.

The Role

Project management within the commercial portfolio (new construction and existing developments)

Planning, coordination, and monitoring of facility management topics

Ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality during project timelines

Supporting new project developments

Direct reporting line to the management

The Requirements

Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent technical education

Extensive experience as a project manager or construction manager in commercial real estate projects, as well as in the management of facility management topics

Proficient in technical regulations and current building codes

Good working knowledge of MS Office
