'We are one of the leading wholesale companies for wood in Germany. With almost 960 dedicated employees in 15 branches, we offer our customers professional advice and individual service as both a supplier and innovative partner.


To complete our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Stuttgart as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent telephone contact with existing and new customers
  • Active marketing of our products, such as wood materials, as well as the "Room Planner"
  • Scheduling appointments for our field sales team
  • Scheduling appointments for info webinars
  • Ensuring and expanding customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working with wood
  • Background in craftsmanship desirable
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs
  • Previous experience in telephone sales is an advantage
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • High customer orientation and professional appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German
