Description
We are looking for a
CAD/PLM expert (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the effective organization and strategic alignment of the CAD/PLM landscape in Calistoga, CA.
In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our CAD processes and coordinating between different teams and departments.
These exciting tasks await you:
- Organization of process flows in the CAD/PLM landscape
- Coordination and creation of crossfunctional work guidelines and user documentation
- Strategic alignment of the CAD landscape
- Definition of the configuration of CAD software/tools
- Coordination with IT for implementation
- Coordination and maintenance of work guidelines and user documentation
- Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of existing structures
- Support for measures to improve CAD data quality
- Conducting tests
We would be delighted if you bring the following with you:
- Successful degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related engineering discipline could be advantageous for working with CAD/PLM
- Extensive experience with CAD software and PLM systems
- Technical understanding of CAD system architectures and processes
- Good knowledge of project management
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical skills
