About us:
We are Hillman, a company that specializes in providing professional and organizational guidance to our team members.

We are currently seeking a candidate who can oversee the daily processes of our warehouse operations, including monitoring the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, coordinating with our scheduling and shift leaders to ensure timely completion of orders, and ensuring compliance with established processes and safety regulations.

In addition, this role will involve leading team meetings, promoting the development of our staff, and actively participating in the day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and adhering to certification requirements such as ISO, IFS, and HACCP.
