The State Theater Augsburg organizes over 600 performances of more than 30 different productions per year with its departments of opera, ballet, drama, and concerts.

With our team of over 400 employees, we reach approximately 180,000 spectators.

The main theater is currently undergoing renovations, and performances are taking place in interim venues at the martini-Park and on the brechtbühne at the Gaswerk.

In addition, a digital department has been added to our offerings since 2020.

The State Theater Augsburg's artistic and internal operations are guided by a mission statement created by our employees. Topics such as family-friendliness, sustainability, and further education are important to us.


We are currently seeking:
A Stage Cleaning Staff (m/f/d)

Part-time hours per week)


Responsibilities:

  • Timely and professional cleaning of the stage and surrounding areas during rehearsals and performances
  • Removal of any dirt or debris caused by stage movements during rehearsals and performances
  • Maintenance of cleaning equipment and proper storage
  • Adherence to legal and internal regulations in all tasks
  • Ensuring order and safety in the assigned area and performing necessary tasks to secure rehearsals and performances

Requirements:

  • Independent, teamoriented, reliable, and efficient work ethic
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and ability to handle stress
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
