What will you do:


As a Working Student in the Office of the Head of NVT, you will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of NVT and Managing Director of SAP Berlin in planning and coordinating processes and topics with existing and potential customers, partners, and other parties of NVT.

You will also contribute by facilitating the successful execution of various projects and learning about our global operational and strategic customer processes.

Your specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting general project structures such as providing status reports, creating templates, monitoring completed tasks, scheduling appointments, and preparing reporting documents (dashboards, KPI frameworks, etc.)
  • Excellently planning, preparing, executing, and following up on strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Actively supporting/managing (sub)project tasks on your own.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence with different stakeholders.
  • Supporting the design, rollout, and implementation of new processes or working models.
  • Creating powerful PowerPoint presentations for our top managers that communicate innovation topics.

What you bring:


  • Currently enrolled as a (Master) student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Innovation Management, Project Management, or similar.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Tableau, or similar and able to quickly and independently
