YOUR JOB:

Building and maintaining customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Recording, processing and monitoring inquiries and orders as well as creating offers
  • Leading, motivating and developing a highly performing inside sales team
  • Member of the leadership team
  • Developing strategies and tactics
  • Collaboration with other departments to improve and optimize processes and workflows

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in a similar position

  • Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in a leadership position
  • Ideally, industry knowledge
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • High customer orientation and results orientation
