IABG supports clients in the automotive and aerospace industries with the development and testing of mechanical components and mechatronic systems. The Test Systems department designs, develops, and builds suitable testing systems for this purpose.
Due to the complexity and individuality of both the testing systems and components, there are diverse tasks and challenges in the areas of hardware-related software development and control engineering.

Responsibilities

You will independently develop software modules for our testing systems, such as control of drives, power supplies, etc.
You will design control algorithms and implement them on the target system
You will actively participate in the conception and planning of functional architectures
You will thoroughly document your software solution
You will commission testing systems at our location in Ottobrunn as well as at our clients' sites
You will train our clients on IABG testing systems

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study
Alternatively: Technical training with relevant work experience
Enjoyment of programming and modeling
Practical experience in programming with NI LabVIEW or PLC programming with Beckhoff, as well as in controller design with Simulink
