Weekly Hours: 50% of regular weekly working hours
The Personnel Department offers services and support in all areas of personnel work for the institutions of the university and its employees: from personnel service to job management and personnel development.
The personnel service includes two departments with a total of six teams, which are primarily responsible for all matters related to the employment of academic staff as well as technical, administrative, and library staff.
Responsibilities:
- Support, assist, and advise student employees and tutors in all social and labor law issues, taking into account the specific regulations of the university and using the personnel accounting system KoPers
- Prepare monthly salary statements on time
- Independently create employment contracts after reviewing the factual and legal situation
- Maintain personnel files of employees and monitor contract and accountingrelated deadlines and changes
Requirements:
- Completed training in a clerical, commercial, or administrative profession (ideally with a focus on personnel)
- Knowledge and experience in personnel administration and salary accounting, preferably in the public sector
