We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated Technical Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) in part-time at our location in Dortmund, starting immediately.

Your responsibilities:


  • Tendering and negotiating conditions for consumables and supplies
  • Concluding and monitoring framework, work, purchase and maintenance contracts
  • Commercial invoice verification and approval
  • Issuing complaints and monitoring the rectification of defects
  • Monitoring agreed warranty periods
